Attorneys 

Nic received is B.A., cum laude, from Kent State University in 2001, and his J.D., cum laude, from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University in 2005. 

Nic was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2005 and to the Bar for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 2006.

When not at the office, Nic enjoys spending time with his wife, children and dog, spending the day on the golf course with his father (William H. Smith Jr., retired), fishing and traveling. 

Sam received his B.S. from Bowling Green State University in 2009, and his J.D. from the University of Toledo in 2013 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2013.

Sam is member of the Erie County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

When not at the office, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, and grilling.
